About Us

IGNISIS’ co-founders cut their teeth in the telecom market assembling service sets and plans that have sold billions of dollars. In 1999, however, Tim and Scott left the telecom industry because they were seeking a company that would bring high value to customers and sales people. Trends in humanity indicate that anything which increases the human’s ability to communicate will see explosive growth in western culture, so they choose to start their own company, Atlas Broadband, and focus on high-speed internet access. Tim viewed broadband as the next explosive growth opportunity, so Atlas Broadband started looking for great teams and companies to partner with.

Thirteen years down the line, we have found those great companies and team-players, and have grown from only broadband connectivity into providing much more complex services. Along with our growth came a name change from Atlas Broadband to IGNISIS, which comes from the latin root ignis and means to set something on fire, start a fire, inspire. It’s also used in the King James Bible to speak of when God spoke the universe into existence. With such epic meaning behind our name, our IGNISIS team has cultivated an unusual approach to customer service and managed services.

We know the firepower and strength behind having worry-free connections and applications that are “Always up, Always Fast”. We view ourselves as an extension of your IT, striving alongside your team to accomplish your goals within your budget. We bring our best to the table each and every day, and we can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.

Our Story

Ignisis_quotes Stewardship and giving back are in our DNA at IGNISIS. Blended value simply means we earn profit with the purpose of reinvesting it into the needs of the world around us. We strive to add increasing value to our clients to justify profitability and earn a voice in the markets we serve, and then we strategically engage in philanthropy projects that fit our talent, strengths, gifting and passions to distribute the profits to social and faith based causes that enhance peoples’ lives.

At IGNISIS, we embrace a stewardship philosophy with resources. This model is built on the premise that we are stewards of resources, not owners of them. Therefore, all excess resources in our care are to be put to work for the purpose of helping and enriching the lives of others.

On average, we are involved in five to seven major projects at a time through an ongoing partnership with the Center for Missional Entrepreneurship (CME).

CME engages with people and organizations to supply world-class strategy, introductions, and resources to those who have a track record of making valuable social impact in the world around them.

Our goal is to continue to do what we have been doing for close to a decade now, earning profit to invest in others, and showcasing Beauty, Truth and Goodness to the world around us. We are thrilled to be part of the social and missional entrepreneur movement. We believe that we can make a difference. In fact, we believe that we are here to make a difference. We believe that the greatest impact in recent history will stem out of the revolution of social and missional entrepreneurs who are choosing to embrace the giving back philosophy and tackling the big issues with quantifiable, sustainable results.

Although talking about faith in business is not popular, it is our faith that drives us to serve others. When Jesus was asked what the “main thing” was, I guess he could have said anything, or replied with his typical question or story format, but instead he simply replied; “Love God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and love others.”

We simply try to show love with our actions and our resources. We strive to be rebels to the wrong and a voice for the oppressed. And most importantly, we do so in the name of Christ. In the words of G.K. Chesterton, “Any dead thing can go with the stream, but only a living thing can go against it.”

Find your passion, serve God, serve others, give big, and go against the stream. Viva la revolution!
